Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of ArtFit Studio ("ArtFit", "the App"), developed and operated by De Agustin Art, based in Sweden. By using ArtFit, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

ArtFit is an artwork visualization tool that allows you to preview how artwork looks on your walls at accurate scale and perspective. The app includes an AI-powered wall cleanup feature that removes existing objects from wall photos.

2. Subscriptions and Credits

• ArtFit offers a free tier with 1 wall cleanup credit and 3 redos.
• Subscriptions provide monthly cleanup credits and are billed through the Apple App Store.
• Cleanup credits are consumed when you accept a cleaned wall result by tapping "Place Artwork."
• Each cleanup includes up to 3 free redos. Additional redos consume 1 credit each.
• A monthly limit applies to the total number of redos across all cleanup sessions.
• Unused credits and redos do not roll over to the next billing period.
• Artwork placement (without wall cleanup) is free and unlimited.

3. Subscription Management

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the photos you use in ArtFit. By using the wall cleanup feature, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your images through our AI service solely for the purpose of providing the cleanup functionality. We do not claim ownership of your photos. Uploaded images are deleted immediately after processing is complete.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Abuse the AI cleanup service through automated or excessive requests
• Circumvent credit, redo, or subscription limitations

6. AI-Generated Results

The wall cleanup feature uses artificial intelligence to process images. Results may not be perfect. We do not guarantee specific outcomes and are not liable for AI processing results that do not meet your expectations. The redo feature is provided to help you achieve satisfactory results.

7. Limitation of Liability

ArtFit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. De Agustin Art is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
