By downloading, installing, or using ArtFit Studio or Galleri MDA (collectively, "the Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps. These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.

ArtFit Studio is a mobile application for iOS that lets you visualise artwork on your walls using perspective-correct rendering and, optionally, AI-powered wall cleanup via a licensed third-party image processing service.
Galleri MDA is a free mobile catalog application for iOS that displays works from the gallery collection of Miguel de Agustín.
ArtFit Studio offers two optional subscription tiers:
Core placement functionality is free without a subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Apple's App Store. Prices may vary by region.
AI wall cleanup operates on an Accept/Reject credit model:
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through App Store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods, except where required by applicable law including EU consumer law. Refund requests for App Store purchases must be directed to Apple.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 14 days' notice, communicated through the app or by email if we hold your contact information.
You retain ownership of any photos and images you upload. By using the AI wall cleanup feature, you grant De Agustín Art a limited, temporary licence to transmit your images to our processing pipeline solely to deliver the cleanup result to you. This licence ends automatically once the result is delivered and images are deleted from our systems.
You confirm that you have the right to use any images you submit and that doing so does not infringe on anyone else's rights.

ArtFit Studio, Galleri MDA, and all associated content, design, code, and trademarks are the property of De Agustín Art. The Apps are licensed to you, not sold. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Artwork displayed in Galleri MDA remains the intellectual property of the respective artists and Miguel de Agustín. Images in the catalog may not be downloaded or reproduced without prior written permission.
The Apps use third-party services including cloud storage, AI image processing, subscription management, and Apple's App Store. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. De Agustín Art is not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.
The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, De Agustín Art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Apps.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by Swedish or EU law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Apps if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Apps at any time. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden. EU consumers may also refer disputes to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance.
